Project Overview
I consulted at Bloomberg BNA to develop a Sales Force Automation (SFA) system to help the 250+ strong sales reps with their sales and ensuring they maintained their targets.
The system was co-developed with a brilliant sales rep and this was a time when such systems were not in use or demand. We used Lotus Notes as our preferred tool as it allowed us to deploy the solution throughout the US quickly and administer it centrally.
Additional capabilities, such as order processing, were later added to keep the solution relevant. The project was declared a big success and was featured in the internal board publications.
