Project Overview
I sought and had the primary responsibility to direct and manage an Oracle implementation rollout. The direction was provided by our parent company and we could approve or reject the proposal. I convinced management for the need for this enterprise system.
I managed the entire development cycle from start to finish. The finish consisted of typical core modules of the system. I was ably assisted by the Quality Manager, who was very instrumental in paving the way. The support from the parent company was tremendous.
